Role Overview

We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work in of our clients at their premises in the UK. You will have the opportunity to join an amazing and successful team in the warehouse operations and activities. Great opportunity for dedicated and organised individuals who thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately picking and packing orders using hand-held RF scanners and pick sheets
  • Loading and unloading freight, goods-in vehicles, and distribution containers safely
  • Conducting quality control inspections to ensure shipments match manifest specifications
  • Operating pallet trucks, roll cages, and warehouse material handling equipment responsibly
  • Maintaining tidy, organized pallet racking and keeping warehouse walkways free of hazards
  • Adhering strictly to manual handling guidelines and warehouse health & safety protocols

Candidate Requirements

  • Reliable, self-motivated with good physical stamina for active warehouse shifts
  • Good attention to detail when reading SKU numbers, pick quantities, and customer shipping labels
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cooperative distribution team
  • Willingness to undertake shift work including early mornings, afternoons, or night rotations
  • Valid right to work in the United Kingdom

  • Compensation: £27,351.56 / yr
