Role Overview

Paying up to £55k Excellent benefits - Based in Trafford Park, Manchester, our client is a global manufacturing and distribution company that are seeking to find an experienced Warehouse & Production Manager to lead all warehouse and logistics operations at their UK site. Typical working hours are 7.30am – 3.45pm Mon – Thurs and 7.30am – 1.00pm on Fridays. Working 38hrs per week (including a fully paid lunch break). Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately picking and packing orders using hand-held RF scanners and pick sheets
  • Loading and unloading freight, goods-in vehicles, and distribution containers safely
  • Conducting quality control inspections to ensure shipments match manifest specifications
  • Operating pallet trucks, roll cages, and warehouse material handling equipment responsibly
  • Maintaining tidy, organized pallet racking and keeping warehouse walkways free of hazards
  • Adhering strictly to manual handling guidelines and warehouse health & safety protocols

Candidate Requirements

  • Reliable, self-motivated with good physical stamina for active warehouse shifts
  • Good attention to detail when reading SKU numbers, pick quantities, and customer shipping labels
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cooperative distribution team
  • Willingness to undertake shift work including early mornings, afternoons, or night rotations
  • Valid right to work in the United Kingdom

What Is Offered

  • Compensation: £50,000 - £60,000 / yr
