Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centered personal care and daily living support tailored to individual care plans
- Assisting service users with mobility, meals, nutrition, hydration, and personal hygiene with dignity
- Promoting independence, physical well-being, and social interaction through engaging activities
- Accurately documenting daily care notes, fluid charts, and reporting changes in condition to seniors
- Administering or prompting medication following rigorous clinical and regulatory guidelines
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering strictly to safeguarding and CQC standards
Candidate Requirements
- Caring, empathetic nature with genuine compassion for helping others
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills for care plan documentation
- NVQ / QCF Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, but full Care Certificate training is provided
- Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) and satisfactory professional references
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom
