Role Overview

ABOUT US: Roti King was founded in 2014, and we create authentic Malaysian street food including the very popular, freshly made Roti Canai. The menu originates from Ipoh, the culinary home of Malaysian Cuisine, and has been brought to the UK by the original founding family behind the famous Gopal's Corner, Malaysia. Gopal's Corner is a sister brand of Roti King who proudly serves Malaysian classics

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out day-to-day operational responsibilities in accordance with company standards and policies
• Communicating effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders or clients
• Handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and completing administrative tasks efficiently
• Prioritizing workload effectively to meet established deadlines and performance objectives
• Contributing positively to a collaborative, inclusive, and goal-oriented workplace culture
• Participating in professional training, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Motivated, proactive approach with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with common computer systems, tools, and digital platforms relevant to the role
• Ability to solve problems pragmatically, work independently, and support colleagues
• Valid right to work in the United Kingdom

What Is Offered

• Compensation: £27,040 - £29,120 / yr
