Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly, assisting with product inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
• Operating electronic point of sale (EPOS) cash registers, processing card, cash, and contactless payments
• Replenishing shelves, merchandising displays, and ensuring stock is front-faced and neatly arranged
• Conducting price checks, applying promotional ticketing, and monitoring product expiration dates
• Receiving deliveries, unpacking stock in the backroom, and handling inventory accurately
• Keeping the sales floor clean, tidy, and compliant with retail safety standards

Candidate Requirements

• Friendly, approachable personality with natural communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with the ability to show initiative during busy shopping periods
• Basic numeracy skills and comfort handling transactions and customer inquiries
