Restaurant Manager | Big Easy Experienced Restaurant Manager looking for your next challenge in a high-volume hospitality environment? Big Easy is of Londons most established restaurant brands, known for Southern-inspired BBQ, fresh lobster and a vibrant bar atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out day-to-day operational responsibilities in accordance with company standards and policies
- Communicating effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders or clients
- Handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and completing administrative tasks efficiently
- Prioritizing workload effectively to meet established deadlines and performance objectives
- Contributing positively to a collaborative, inclusive, and goal-oriented workplace culture
- Participating in professional training, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Motivated, proactive approach with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with common computer systems, tools, and digital platforms relevant to the role
- Ability to solve problems pragmatically, work independently, and support colleagues
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom
