Role Overview
Restaurant Manager Cafe Francois- Borough market Full time 50k-52k Per Anum The Role As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently, safely, and profitably. Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out day-to-day operational responsibilities in accordance with company standards and policies

- Prioritizing workload effectively to meet established deadlines and performance objectives

- Participating in professional training, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Motivated, proactive approach with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with common computer systems, tools, and digital platforms relevant to the role
- Ability to solve problems pragmatically, work independently, and support colleagues
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom
