Role Overview

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Hotel Front of House Manager at Saint Paul's House, a well-known independent boutique hotel overlooking St Paul's Square in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. With 34 stylish bedrooms, a busy bar and restaurant, and a growing calendar of private events, this is a key departmental leadership role within a fast-paced, lifestyle-led venue. R

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out day-to-day operational responsibilities in accordance with company standards and policies
  • Communicating effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders or clients
  • Handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and completing administrative tasks efficiently
  • Prioritizing workload effectively to meet established deadlines and performance objectives
  • Contributing positively to a collaborative, inclusive, and goal-oriented workplace culture
  • Participating in professional training, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
