Role Overview

Delivery & Payroll Administrator Leeds | Full Time | Permanent | Office based Up to £28,000 basic salary bonus (OTE £30,000) Manpower is looking for a Delivery & Payroll Administrator to join our Leeds office. This is a key support role within our recruitment team, responsible for ensuring temporary workers are correctly, payroll preparation is processed accurately, and clients receive a reliable service. Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting multi-drop deliveries of parcels, groceries, or freight efficiently within scheduled delivery windows
  • Conducting daily pre-trip vehicle safety inspections (tires, fluids, lights) and reporting defects
  • Using handheld delivery scanners to obtain customer signatures, photos, and delivery confirmation
  • Loading vehicle securely and planning delivery routes using satellite navigation tools
  • Delivering courteous, professional customer service at customer doorsteps
  • Operating company vehicles responsibly and adhering strictly to UK Highway Code regulations

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid UK driving license (Category B for cars/vans, or C/C+E for HGV where specified)
  • Good geographical knowledge of local UK roads, routes, and navigation apps
  • Physically fit to load, carry, and deliver parcels and packages up to standard weight limits
  • Clean driving record with no major endorsements (maximum 6 points for minor offenses)
  • Valid right to work in the United Kingdom
