Key Responsibilities
- Performing thorough cleaning of assigned areas including offices, washrooms, corridors, and communal spaces
- Dusting, wiping surfaces, sanitizing high-touch points, vacuuming carpets, and mopping hard floors
- Emptying waste and recycling bins and ensuring proper disposal following site guidelines
- Restocking sanitary consumables such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Safe handling, dilution, and storage of commercial cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH regulations
- Reporting maintenance faults, damage, or low supplies to the facilities supervisor promptly
Candidate Requirements
- Hardworking, dependable, and capable of working to high standards of cleanliness
- Previous commercial, domestic, or industrial cleaning experience is beneficial but training is provided
- Basic understanding of workplace health & safety or willingness to complete mandatory induction
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and pride in maintaining hygienic environments
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom
What Is Offered
- Compensation: £27,040 - £33,280 / yr
- Contract Type: CONTRACT
- Location: London, UK
- Consistent regular hours with options for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts
