Role Overview

The Employer is actively seeking a reliable and motivated Barista Job in London to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity offering Competitive on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to brand standards
• Delivering warm, welcoming, and attentive customer service during busy trading periods
• Operating commercial espresso machinery, grinders, and till POS systems accurately
• Maintaining immaculate cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitisation across the service bar and seating areas
• Managing stock rotation, replenishing dairy and non-dairy milks, coffee beans, syrups, and fresh pastries
• Opening and closing the store following standard operational and health & safety procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Passionate about coffee, customer satisfaction, and fast-paced hospitality environments
• Previous experience in a coffee shop, cafe, or customer-facing role is advantageous but full training is provided
• Strong communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, and punctual timekeeping
• Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure during morning and lunchtime peak rushes
• Valid right to work in the United Kingdom
