Role Overview

Bar Manager wanted for Drake & Morgan's Bars & Restaurants If you love what you do, then we want to hear from you, as a role at Drake & Morgan could be the next step in your career development, and not just another job. Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out day-to-day operational responsibilities in accordance with company standards and policies

  • Handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and completing administrative tasks efficiently
  • Prioritizing workload effectively to meet established deadlines and performance objectives

  • Participating in professional training, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements

  • Motivated, proactive approach with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to solve problems pragmatically, work independently, and support colleagues
